BIOGRAPHY
Greg was appointed Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the Board, of The Kroger Co. effective February 2026. The Kroger Co. employs nearly half a million associates who serve America through food inspiration and uplift. More than 11 million customers shop Kroger every day through a seamless digital shopping experience and in 2,700 grocery retail stores under more than a dozen banner names.
Previously, Greg served as CEO at Air New Zealand from February 2020 until October 2025. Prior to joining Air New Zealand, Greg was employed by Walmart since October 2011. Greg held a number of roles at Walmart, including:
• Executive Vice President, President and CEO of Walmart U.S.
• President and CEO for the Walmart Asia region, and
• President and CEO of Walmart China
