Jiaojiao Chen

President of Grand Farm Group

JiaoJiao graduated from Lincoln University in New Zealand in 2006 with dual bachelor's degrees in International Trade and Marketing.

After returning to China in 2008, Jiaojiao started as a junior sales representative and, within just four years, successfully expanded the North China market, surpassing the performance of the company's base market. In 2013, while leading the international trade division, she drove annual import amount rose five times to 2 billion RMB and spearheaded strategic partnerships with global enterprises such as Alliance Group.

As President, she has continuously optimized the group’s industrial chain layout, establishing large-scale modern production bases in Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, and Hainan. Under her leadership, the group has formed strategic collaborations with numerous renowned enterprises and new retail platforms, becoming a key supplier for leading catering brands, five-star hotels, tens of thousands of supermarkets, and major e-commerce platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, Costco, and Pang Donglai, driving the group’s revenue growth by billions.

Currently, she holds several prominent positions, including:

• Member of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC)

• Executive Committee Member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC)

• Vice President of the ACFIC Agricultural Industry Chamber

• Vice President of the China Meat Association’s Import & Export Division
