Managing Director, Prism Earth

Matt leads Prism Earth, an applied science consultancy helping the primary sector tackle climate change, emissions targets, market shifts, and revenue diversification. An environmental scientist, he previously founded Lynker Analytics, an Environmental AI solutions company where he remains Executive Director. His team develops data and sensor-driven solutions to generate insights into agricultural systems. Matt has served on the AI4Good Council, AI Forum Executive Council, and currently advises the Centre for Data Science and AI at Victoria University. He holds an MSc from the University of Auckland and has published over ten peer-reviewed papers.
